You've planned your wedding beautifully. Every detail has been chosen, every supplier has been booked. Now you need someone you trust to step in and take full control of the day so you don't have to. I join you around 8 weeks before your wedding to understand your plans inside out. I review your timeline, connect with every supplier personally and make sure nothing has been overlooked. From that point on, I become the main point of contact.
On the day itself, I manage all the supplier arrivals and set up. You won't be checking if the florist has arrived. Your mum won't be answering calls from the photographer. I oversee everything quietly in the background. Timings, deliveries, room turnarounds. The little details that matter. If something unexpected arises, I deal with it calmly and efficiently, stepping in first to protect you from unnecessary stress.
This means you can be fully present. Not managing. Not coordinating. Not watching the clock.
Just enjoying every second of your day.
What does it include?
Initial consultation, supplier liasion and full management of your existing plans and timeline.
Up to 10 hours of on-the-day coordination including overseeing suppliers, managing timings and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
